Our on-line store is updated frequently with new colors, blends and others products. First come, first served. No back-orders or pre-orders.
Depending on the volume of incoming orders, orders will ship from our facility within 1-3 business days of the receipt of payment.
Free Domestic (USA) & Canada shipping:
Orders are shipped USPS - First Class and/or Priority Mail within the USA and Airmail for Canada. (Orders weighing under 13oz. & CZ, Leaf/Foils, & Mesh/Wire orders will ship First Class within the USA unless combined with a frit order.)
International Shipping:
Please be aware that All International Orders can take up to 4 weeks to receive due to customs.
International Orders are shipped USPS - Priority Mail International in plastic bags with a removable label which allows you to use your own jars, unless you specify otherwise. There will be a shipping charge for all International orders. Once your order/payment is received, then I will bill you separately for the shipping amount. These rates generally start at $12.95+ USD depending on the weight of your package.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot misrepresent the value of the items you purchase. We will declare the purchase price on customs forms and the receiver is responsible for any duty fees imposed by their home country. |

Returns will only be accepted in their original condition with a copy of your receipt and re-packaged securely.
