Glass Diversions does not share any personal information gathered during a business transaction with third parties without your permission except when required by law or to assure delivery of your order. Your name and address is only supplied to the shipping carrier (package label).

We charge a small nominal shipping on every US & Canadian order of $4.50 & up. Read the shipping details here.

Yes, we ship internationally. Just place your order without shipping, and we’ll send a separate invoice for the exact shipping charges according to the weight of your order. We ship via Priority Mail International so we can track your package. If you’d prefer First Class Parcel (which we can’t track), then please let us know.
PLEASE NOTE: On International Orders, we cannot misrepresent the value of the items you purchased to reduce your duty fees as this would be illegal. We will declare the actual purchase price on customs forms and the receiver will be responsible for any duty fees imposed by their home country.

through my online shopping cart. E-check(s) will be held as long as necessary until it clears the bank. Average check clearance time is 5-10 business days. Indiana residents will have 7.00% sales tax added to their orders.

In order to provide the lowest price possible, and provide maximum flexibility, our wholesale customers pay for their own shipping.
This helps ensure the shipping cost is directly relative to the volume of the order (Fees are dependent on weight). It also allows the customer to choose their shipping method and rate.
Wholesale customers can choose from several shipping options (USPS, UPS & FEDEX).
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You may modify or cancel an order if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. If you need to change or cancel your order and you have not received a shipment confirmation email, please call email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your new GlassDiversions products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange products within 31 days.
GlassDiversions must be notified of any return or exchange requests prior to returning any products. Notification should be make to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 317-946-4386.
Products you wish to exchange should be sent to Glass Diversions at the BELOW address with the original packaging and a completed Return/Exchange Form (SEE BELOW). Upon receipt of the original order items, your account will be refunded for the amount of each item you returned. Next, a new order will be created with the additional items(s) you wish to order as listed on your Return/Exchange Form. When your new order is processed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you new order total is greater than your original order, we will call you to get your credit card information.
Please send the products you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging, along with a completed Return/Exchange Form to the address below. GlassDiversions does not pay for shipping and handling on returns and exchanges.

Refunds on products are granted for the price of your product and any sales tax, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 31 days to be credited to your credit card or Paypal account.
GlassDiversions is required by law to apply sales tax to orders shipping to Indiana. Sales tax is determined by the customer’s ship-to address and is automatically added to the order.
