Checking the Status of Your Order
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and ship within 2-5 business days. At this time we do not process orders on weekends and holidays. After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your GlassDiversions order number.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with your order's tracking number. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please email me at rkoza@glassdiversions.com. If you don't receive these emails, please check your 'Spam Folder'.

Also, all orders weighing under 13oz. & CZ, Leaf/Foils, & Mesh/Wire orders will ship First Class within the USA unless combined with a frit order.)
International Shipping:
Please be aware that All International Orders can take up to 4 weeks to receive due to customs.
International Orders are shipped USPS - Priority Mail International in plastic bags with a removable label which allows you to use your own jars, unless you specify otherwise. Once your order/payment is received, then we will bill you separately for the shipping amount. These rates are based on the actual weight of your package.
