When will my order ship?

We ship within 2-3 business days.  If there's going to be a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.

How will it ship?

We ship around the world via the United States Postal Service.  If you need us to use a different service, please contact us prior to placing your order.

What if the postal service loses or damages my order?

We will request a search for the package that can take 6 to 8 weeks.   If the United States Postal Service concludes that the package cannot be found, we will contact you to discuss our next steps:

If your order was shipped via Priority or International Priority Service, then it was insured and we will refund or replace your order at the conclusion of the search.

If your order was shipped via First Class, it was shipped without insurance and we cannot replace it at our cost. 

If you have any concerns, please let us know before placing your order so we can find a solution.

What if I'm not happy with the product?

If you are not happy, please contact us within 30 days of your order to arrange to return the unused product.  Any returns outside of 30 days or if the product has been used will be at our discretion.

Can I use these products for other purposes?

 Our products are intended for lampwork, glass blowing, glass fusing, and electroforming only.  Any use outside of the intended purpose is beyond the scope of any guarantee or warranty we offer.
